Started work last week and so far so good..

Have been busy with doing outgoing calls for this haircare centre "Svenson" last week from wed to fri and with god's help.. i actually fixed a total of 38 appointment within 3 days.. haas..

Mmh.. Basically i'm being employed for this project that just started on wed  and the person in charge from that side SUX TO THE MAX..

She's ALWAYS trying to show off her authority and making a big fuss out of everything.. They are the one who keep emphasizing to us saying "  DO NOT try to attempt to answer any enquiries if you are not sure about it and just escalate it to us if it's within our range and we will take over it from there"..

That's what they told us during our friday training last week.. and now they are unhappy over the fact that we are doing transferred calls to them on almost everything.. Aren't they contradicting themselves?!..

Okies.. To elaborate more on this.. i encountered this scenario today..

The caller requested to have a change of address as they just moved house thus as i wasn't sure if we are being allowed to change it from our system, i didn't change it but rather.. i called up their side and enquired from them if we are allowed to do that but then.. the line was being transferred to that person in charge and she started to rant on the moment she's on the line with me.. and thereafter.. she became so aggressive and wanted to talk to my manager..

The first thought that ran through my mind was.. *pardon me for being rude, but i can't help it either*.. "She's such a BITCH".. cos basically.. i'm at fault for not taking down the contact and name of the caller.. but it's just a simple request of changing the address in the system and it's FKING related and it's WITHIN the range of you guys to handle this problem and than u are making a big fuss out of this?!?!?!?!..

Is it that you are seriously lack of common sense of whatsoever it is.. You have been making noise since the first day the project start.. and after 3 days.. you are still harping on everything?!.. so what if you are unhappy over us.. hey come on.. get the fact right that.. it's just 3 days.. and u seriously don't expect us to know everything and get everything in place when we are NOT EVER IN THE LEAST familiar with what is going on right?!..

People do make mistake and it's been only 3 fking short days that we are handling this and you are kicking a big fuss out of it?!.. shouldn't you be giving us your full support and helping us through everything that we are in need of from your side instead of kicking a big fuss and making complains?.. You guys are way more experienced than us thus what's the big deal of us making the mistake?!.. even your own customer service officer made mistake too and i spotted it out.. Just that i didn't make any comments on that.. by giving the wrong info to the customer can result in alot of consequences and you guys know it better than we do..

Everyone learn from mistake alright.. SO GET THE FACT RIGHT before you start shooting your mouth off like a crazy woman either at my manager or us.. Kindly use YOUR PEABRAIN OR YOUR ASS TO THINK and be fair towards us.. Don't think that because you are from a higher authority sector and you can throw your temper towards us as and when you like it even when you guys is at fault..

Eews.. Seriously pissed me to the max just now because of her matter.. Firstly, she has TOTALLY no looks and now i realized that she TOTALLY has no personality and character either.. thinking back about it.. quite pathetic to be living like her..

Mmh.. To think that i had a good impression on them as they are from a more higher authorized sector and from all this matter.. my opinion TOTALLY changed.. all thanks to this pathetic woman..

Alright.. i've vented my anger enough.. haas.. shall blog again when i'm free!..

Was that Close Friendship or Love?

Mmh.. was tinking abt this while i'm searching for job.. haas.. dun ask y i'm tinking of that when i'm searching for job.. cos it jus flash through my mind.. 

Well.. after some serious thoughts.. i was tinking if i'm treating you as a friend that is too close till the extent that i thought that it was love or rather a used to it feeling or was it that i realli do have feelings for you.. N my conclusion is that.. i have no idea.. haas.. i believe that time will tell and eventually everytink will work out the way it will/suppose to be.. 

N currently.. i seriously need a job.. been searching for it for the past 1 week.. n yeap.. like wat my sister told mi.. jus pray hard whenever i'm searching and give thanks to god for every interview that i'm been given even if the interview is unsuccessful.. as god alwaes have a plan/way for everyone of us.. he deals with every individual differently and as long as we trust in him and follow his way.. eventually we will be blessed by him.. and get what he has planned for us.. 

Have been going for a few interview for the past 1 week and till then.. there's not much news from them.. But i believe that the suitable job for mi will come my way as long as i keep looking out for it.. As the saying goes, "You reap what you sow" thus hope that my searching of job spree will come to an end soon cos i really wanna work and let my dad have no worries about me..

Was reading through one of my itouch application and find that some of the sentences being used in it is quite interesting and for some.. it may prob give you an idea on why things happen that way and what you can do etc.. In conclusion, jus feel that it makes some sense.. 

I sort of like this sentence that came from the application.. 

"Love is friendship that catches fire; it takes root and grows one day at a time. Infatuation is marked by a feeling of insecurity;you are excited and eager, but not genuinely happy."

Mmh.. it makes sense to me as most people started off their relationship as being friends and later on discovering that you have feelings for that particular person and than the love sparks jus goes off.. and that's when you go into relationship with that person. 

 And for infatuation, you definitely do have that love sparks at that moments and after awhile it jus died off without you knowing the reason why it's happening too.. N most of the time, you jus needed some companionship and love from someone especially when you r down.. and thus after that precious moment is over.. you are jus  not that into that person as you were before.. which sum up to you not being genuinely happy.. 

Haas.. got some inspiration from just this sentence and it indeed open my eyes for certain things in my life.. 

If you are wondering which application this is.. 

It's "Why Did I Marry You?" under the books sector in itunes stores if i'm not wrong..

N yea.. i'm not married!.. but i think that this application isn't just meant for married people but generally everyone.. 

Ohh well.. 

Indeed i should be worrying abt my searching of job and not crapping abt the above mentioned sentence.. but then again.. which fellow in the world doesn't ever have any problems/emotion regarding love/friendship etc.. 

Haas..
